Board Changes

Cooks Coffee Limited (NZX: CCC; AQSE: COOK) advises the resignation of Independent Director Paul Elliot from the Board, effective from 30th September 2024.

Keith Jackson, Executive Chairman of Cooks Coffee, commented: “On behalf of the Board and the entire team at Cooks Coffee, I would like to sincerely thank Paul for his commitment and dedication during his time with the Company as a Director, and as Chair of the Audit Committee for the last 5 years.”

Gordon Robinson, UK based Independent Director, will assume the role of Chair of the Audit Committee. Gordon was recently appointed to the Board as part of the ongoing focus on building the UK capability and brings a wealth of experience, continuing the Board’s commitment to maintaining high standards of corporate accountability.
