Settlement of orchard sales

Scales Corporation Limited (NZX:SCL) advises the settlement, on 30 September 2024, of the previously announced sale of its Te Papa and Blyth orchards, owned by subsidiary Mr Apple New Zealand Limited, to a fund managed by Craigmore Sustainables.
