Message:

Further to the announcement made by Motor Trade Finance Limited (“MTF”) today, NZX Operations (“NZXO”) advises that the interest rate payable on the MTF preference shares (“MTFHC”) has been reset to 6.44% per annum, with effect from tomorrow, Tuesday, 1 October 2024.

The interest rate reset will be reflected in our trading system from market open Tuesday, 1 October 2024.
