Perpetual Preference Share dividend rate reset

The dividend rate on Motor Trade Finance Perpetual Preference Shares was reset on 30 September 2024, in accordance with the main terms of offer, contained within the investment statement and prospectus dated 30 May 2006.

The rate applicable from 1 October 2024 to 30 September 2025 is 6.44% per annum.
